Clear terms before you pay
D’Olundus View Lodge uses written, quote-based booking terms because rates and availability vary by date and room arrangement. Effective 16 September 2026.
An enquiry is not a confirmation
A phone call, email or WhatsApp message begins an enquiry. A stay is confirmed only when the lodge explicitly accepts the dates, room type, guest count, total price and any required payment.
Rates and inclusions
The website does not publish a fixed rate. The written quote must state the full amount, applicable taxes or fees, and whether breakfast, extra mattresses or extra guests are included. Do not rely on prices shown in old screenshots or archived pages.
Deposits and payment
Confirm the required deposit, accepted payment method, payment recipient and deadline. Never send a password, card PIN or online-banking login.
Changes and cancellation
Request the applicable cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund terms before paying. Keep the written confirmation and payment evidence.
Arrival and departure
Standard check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you need another time, obtain written acceptance in advance. Parking is available; check the current entrance pin before setting out.
