How many rooms are there?
Malaysia’s accommodation-supply record lists 13 rooms. Marketed options are Standard Queen, Standard Twin and connecting arrangements; the exact combination is confirmed during an enquiry.
What are the room rates?
Rates are provided by quote because they vary by date and arrangement. Request the full amount, taxes or fees, inclusions, deposit, quote validity and cancellation terms in writing.
Does an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. A booking exists only after the lodge accepts the dates, room, guest count and price in writing and you meet the stated payment condition.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. A different time requires written agreement.
Which amenities are available?
Rooms include an attached bathroom, television, Wi-Fi and tea or coffee facilities. Parking is available. Confirm breakfast, local food, extra mattresses and special requirements in the quote.
What should families know about cancellation?
Families can ask about connecting rooms. Cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund terms are stated in the written quote.
